After years of building and running large analytics teams, the same pattern kept showing up: the companies with the most to gain from a proper data function were the ones least able to build one. A single good analyst is a serious hire in London or New York. Three of them is a department.
Meanwhile the talent exists in India in depth, and the tooling has moved far enough that a small team with good automation now does what a much larger one used to.
So we built the thing we'd have wanted as a client: a small, named, dedicated team that learns your business, stays with it, and costs what a growing company can actually justify.
Start with one person. Grow only when it's working. That's the whole model.

Abhijeet has over a decade in AI and analytics engineering, and has led technical teams of 200-plus. He owns how the work actually gets built here - the data platforms, the automation, and the judgement call on where AI earns its place and where it doesn't. If something we built is still running quietly two years later, that's his standard.
