Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out. Here are our actual rates. What you'll pay depends on the mix of roles and how much of each you need - but nothing below is a surprise.
Indian businesses are billed in rupees at domestic rates, which are lower than our export rates.

How to read this. Monthly figures assume roughly 160 hours - a full-time person. Half-time and quarter-time arrangements run at the same hourly rate, so a part-time analyst starts at about a third of the monthly figure. Rates sit at the lower end for straightforward work and the upper end for senior or specialised people.

Taxes
Indian clients are invoiced in rupees with GST applied at the prevailing rate. Exports of services to clients outside India are invoiced in US dollars or pounds sterling and are zero-rated under our LUT. Your own local withholding or reverse-charge obligations are yours to handle; we'll provide whatever documentation your finance team needs.
Payment
International clients pay by bank transfer or Wise. Indian clients pay by NEFT, RTGS or UPI. Invoices are raised monthly in advance on 14-day terms.

If a monthly commitment feels early, we'll take a small fixed-scope project instead - a dashboard, one automation, a data audit. Plenty of clients start that way and move to a team once they've seen the work.
